Filming blog
On Sunday, November 1st I started filming. I was planning to start filming on Saturday, the 31st but it was a very rainy day so it was a bad day for filming since my commercial would be filmed outside. The commercial didn't require many actors, it was only my niece, as the person walking the bunny and the bunny itself. Sunday was the perfect day to film as it turned out to be a very sunny day, which was the day I wanted as the commercial was supposed to seem happy, sunny and delightful. I couldn't film at my house because I was not home the whole day but I brought everything I needed to film. Within those things was my bunny and the product I would be advertising which was the harness and what I was going to use to actually record and film. The scene outside where the bunny was to be walked as filmed first, the sun was bright and it was very hot out. I then got my bunny ready by placing the harness on him. I picked a location that would be fresh and also looked nice with a breeze. Also, a place where not too many cars passed by so there would not be any disturbance. The bunny was ready and the location was set. The opening scene was a bit difficult to film, whereby the person would be shown outside walking the bunny due to the fact that the bunny did not want to collaborate and would lay down on the concrete or not walk at all. After many tries, the opening scene was filmed and the next scene that was filmed was the bunny walking showing off the harness and showing its benefits, mostly zooming on the harness to show all of the great benefits it has. The first scene, inside the house is yet to be filmed but everything is set and ready.
