Title Research: The Invasion of the Body Snatchers

  The title sequence of this movie, from Watch the titles website, begins with introducing the novel that the movie is based upon. It also introduces all of the production companies involved. The lettering is in white, thin letters that have neon tones. It then shows the name of the main actor followed by the title. The title of the movie is in the same font as the previous titles. Followed by this are the rest of the actors’ names along with the crew involved in bringing the movie to life. Different images of planetary bodies and the circulatory system. Once, the title of the movie passes, and the rest of the cast and crew are shown, the background images shift from  outer space to images of cells and other aspects of the circulatory system. Filming Review

 My group and I have taken a pause from filming. The last day we filmed was Tuesday, March 23. The next day we film will be the last since we have completed most of the film. To better prepare for our next filming session, I am currently reviewing my role and lines. This way, it will be easier not only for me but for my group. This will help us to not have to reshoot the scene multiple times and take more time than needed. In the scenes that are yet to be filmed, my character has many lines and the acting has to be adeuqate. The scene where Emily drinks the tea, she has to faint and act weak. Practice makes perfect so the more I practice my lines and character, the more unchallenging things will go. Also, I have been looking into the story board my group and I completed. I have crossed out or set aside the scenes we have already completed in the storyboard. I have marked the ones we haven't.  On Sunday, November 1st I started filming. I was planning to start filming on Saturday, the 31st but it was a very rainy day so it was a bad day for filming since my commercial would be filmed outside. The commercial didn't require many actors, it was only my niece, as the person walking the bunny and the bunny itself. Sunday was the perfect day to film as it turned out to be a very sunny day, which was the day I wanted as the commercial was supposed to seem happy, sunny and delightful. I couldn't film at my house because I was not home the whole day but I brought everything I needed to film. Within those things was my bunny and the product I would be advertising which was the harness and what I was going to use to actually record and film. The scene outside where the bunny was to be walked as filmed first, the sun was bright and it was very hot out. I then got my bunny ready by placing the harness on him.
